- Other Returns: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund Amount
- Full Refund: For defective or incorrect items
- Partial Refund: May apply for used items or missing accessories
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs deducted for non-defective returns
- Original Shipping: Not refundable for change-of-mind returns
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Store Credit Option
As an alternative to refunds, you may choose store credit:
- Valid for 12 months from issuance
- Can be used on any item in our store
- No expiration on credit amount
- Can be combined with other offers
International Orders
For international orders:
- Customs duties are non-refundable
- International shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds processed in original currency
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange for replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for damaged items
